Impeccable !
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Maison Victoire and cannot recommend them highly enough. David and Sabine were exceptional throughout our property search in the Luberon. They were incredibly patient, kind and knowledgeable, not only about the local area but also about the properties and the intricacies of buying a home in Provence.
Their understanding of the Luberon, its villages and the local property market was invaluable. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and guided us with genuine care, professionalism and enthusiasm. We never felt rushed or pressured, and their honest advice and thoughtful approach made the whole process so much more enjoyable.
Thanks to David and Sabine, we eventually found and bought our beautiful house in Oppède, France, and we couldn't be happier. Their support, attention to detail and personal touch made what can often be a complicated process feel straightforward and pleasurable.

Stewart our superhero
10 years in and we were almost ready to give up on the search for our dream Provence house when we met Stewart. He very quickly understood our family and helped us work out what we needed and wanted. He did not waste time with properties that were not right and once we had fallen in love with our house he organised the purchase for us. This was the bit where Stewart really excelled and the transaction could easily have fallen away without his expertise and empathy with both us and the vendors. As foreign buyers, the purchase was more complicated than we had anticipated but Stuart went out of his way to smooth the process, explain options and complete the various legal requirements. Found us the perfect buyers
Our house hadn't been on the market that long and yet we were getting either low-ball offers or offers with a long list of demands. David was able to see the value in the house and found us some lovely buyers who could appreciate what the house was and brought in a full-price, no conditions offer! It was more than we could have hoped for. He was very incisive, no-nonsense, and explained everything patiently and clearly during the closing. We don't plan to move again, but if we did, David and Maison Victoire would be our only choice!

Very professional service
We were put at ease very early on in our search for a property by Katie from Maison Victoire with friendly, competent and professional handling of visits, questions, replies from other professionals to our questions, and help with documentation etc. She took ownership of our process from start to finish. Her pleasant approachable manner makes even stressful moments easier and the team at Maison Victoire were also very supportive. Very happy with the end result.

Six stars, five is not enough!
Maison Victoire, as a company and as a team, truly care about helping the client all the way and they do it supremely well. No aspect of the transaction is too much trouble for them. It is important as real estate transactions can be stressful. It was a great pleasure to work with them.

Juliette - Above and beyond
With what could have been some grueling backs and forths with an interested buyer, Juliette made it as easy as possible, helping us find answers to in-depth questions and making inquiries to the Mairie on our behalf. She came prepared for each viewing, with an accurate and lovingly described view of our home, well-aware of the selling points, and her perfect English made it so much easier for me to answer very specific questions. Though our sale was swept up by a different full-price buyer, I can't recommend Juliette enough for all the time and efforts she made on our behalf. In fact, we've had excellent interactions with all of Maison Victoire's bilingual agents and can't imagine selling with anyone else. Thumbs up, 5 stars, A-plus & thank you!
